“For Your Brother” is a relatively lesser-known music project that released their debut “America” in 2024 that went on to garner many streams. They put out the kind of playful yet well-made music that only seasoned artists have the capacity to create. The Rock and Roll band is back with their second and latest release “Nice Money” that proves that these musicians are far from one hit wonders!

“Nice Money” is a short track that doesn’t beat around the bush. It immediately delivers what it promises: a single bursting with energy at its seams. The most organised chaos on the drums starts the track off as the lead singer screams “Yo”. The electric guitar and percussion make up the main instruments on the track, but For You Brother insists on proving that a small number of instruments does not always equal simple production. The very skilled instrumentalists to make magic happen with limited tools and create variety and versatility.

The anthemic line “Gotta get that money, gotta get that nice money” is delivered in a flat robotic voice that brings in same sonic ambience of a bass. This catchy line sticks onto the listener immediately. The singing is broken up by energetic spoken word and the occasional high energy scream. The vocals are brash and unapologetically loud, overall making one nostalgic for early 2000s rock music.

I look forward to everything “For Your Brother” has to put out in the future. They are skilled artists who know intimately how to create a song that catches the pulse of a listener. They keep it fun and you are missing out if you’re not tapped in! Make sure to check out “Nice Money” by For Your Brother here:
