Tune into the dark side within as Luci Ferrum destroys fake positivity, brings you to your knees, and commands your attention with her latest visceral industrial pop track, ‘Be Well’!

Imagine if Amy Lee teamed with NIN & Slipknot to take you on an intense, psychedelic darkwave adventure. One specifically intended to blow up the hypocrisy and infuriating double standards perpetuated in the name of ‘well-being.’ Luci sets her sights on mercilessly exposing the depths to which people will sink to suffer in silence and denial, all just to ‘Be Well’

The track opens like the score to a nightmarish scene. Dark, distressing effects, gory distortion synth harmonies, and menacing atmospherics surround you like a creature you must fear. Luci’s vocals, low, growly and intense, enter in a way that would make Jonathan Davis proud. She paints a visceral image of blood, desperation and the depths of depravity one descends to.

Her vocals, brilliantly layered and arranged with world-ending synth melodies, send shivers down your spine and yet hypnotize. You’re further pulled into a trance with metallic drum beats and her wicked poetic prose. Tension builds beautifully along with her verse, building towards a dark orgasmic drop with her repeating ‘Just Be Well’, culminating in a wild chilling shout.

Her vocal balance is one to awe and admire. From low and menacing in the verses to fiery and unchained, Luci has brilliant range and channelizes it through her bloody red lens of reality. She refuses to sugarcoat; hell, she’s calling out all the worst cliches for exactly what they are: cliches. Lines like, ‘All this fucking madness—you just want to be well,’ speak volumes to her mindspace and how she intends to not scare you but, in fact, to shake you up and remind you that the world isn’t all rainbows and unicorns right now. Her intensity and emotion are electrically palpable and hit you like a bolt of lightning.

If there was ever a soundtrack to label the extent of darkness and destruction and make one rise to face it, rather than escaping into convenient tropes, this is it.
