Neon Ghouls is a Canadian alt pop band. As their name suggests, their music embodies the contrast of technicolor dynamism and deep, bottomless darkness. And in bridging this contrast, they inculcate musical cultures of the 80s, synthwave and disco, dance beats and ear hooking vibrance. But there’s also a moody, haunting feel that enchants the listener. To be able to carry such different frames with stylish coherence and high aesthetic value is incredible.
