RSAI – Don-Don is a hypnotic, pulsing, EDM opus that is free-flowing, fun, and parade-ready!

This Russian artist hit an eureka moment one day, casually watching tv, when he saw a report of Russian military women marching in a parade. Something about this stuck in his mind, and he got to work creating a hypnotizing techno dance track that is now titled ‘Don-Don’.

Musically, it’s a sonic masterpiece. It begins with sultry female vocals singing ‘Don-Don’, vocalizing high and low. Cue, the steady marching upgraded with synth effects that set into motion. Building up to the drop, it descends into all-out dance bliss, but with that steady marching beat ever present. Picture, if you will, an army of raving dancers, marching/dancing in a massive parade through the city. It’s exotic, attention-grabbing, and irresistibly fun. This would be THAT backing track. It has such a vibe to it.

Composed and produced with panache and style, it’s infectiously groovy with an incredibly simple premise. Looping percussions, playful vocals, and repetitive melodies. There are a few interesting effects thrown in, mimicking traditional marching sounds like trumpets and drums. It’s a heady concoction that goes straight to the head once you hear it. At over 6 minutes in length, it’s extravagant and luxurious in its journey.

‘RSAI – Don-Don’ feels like the work of an artist who takes inspiration to the next level. It commands you to march along to the groove of its beat. Not with force, with sheer enthusiasm and energy.
