Strut is the latest EP release of alt rock duo Deer Park Avenue. The outfit is composed of Indian-American sisters, Sarah and Steph Snyder, based out of Munich, Germany. For their latest track, Strut, Deer Park Avenue is joined by GRAMMY® Award-winning drummer Gregg Bissonette. The slow burn grunge in the background is melodiously set off by the sisters’ pop vocals. The base is a blazing riff machination that gives the track a gritty and hardcore grunge personality. With resonant bass lines, and jagged frames, it has the energy of vintage garage rock bands. The drum work is intuitive and versatile to the point of legendary. Mounting on this powerful sonic pedestal, the sisters elevate it with hooky pop-rock sensibilities. The melodic line of the track is slightly experimental but does not overstay its welcome. It adapts and evolves into the bigger picture.

Deer Park Avenue debuted in 2016 with a self titled album and has since proven their mastery in the genre with a diverse litany of releases.
