The Two Nine Five is a London-based alt-rock and indie band from London with a strong and robust musical charisma. Formed in 2019, the band has been cultivating a versatile sound base that is larger than life. Melodic but powerful, bewilderingly bold yet vulnerable, the band has a pronounced indie sound, prompted by punk. Their latest track, Lonely Without You reinforces the band’s dual ideals, taking us on a journey to 90s emo rock and punk pop. Listeners of The Smiths, Arctic Monkeys, Avril Lavigne, and Modest Mouse are sure to enjoy the vibrant canvasses of this band.

The track opens with pumping basslines and power riffs mounting the soft melody of the vocals. The defined riff breaks elevate the listening experience, as it forms firm beat embeds. And a spectacular surge of energy lands us in the chorus. With soaring falsettos, rising riff walls and pulsating punk beats, it prepares us for the stunning shreds in the bridge. All in all, a versatile sound that surprises the listener at every curve.

The Two Nine Five (295) comprises Howard Gray on lead vocals, bass and guitar, Ryan Bulbeck guitar and bass, and Luke Allen on drums! Armed with a sonic dream and a will to play, the trio have been driving it up, from their debut single, When I’m In Need to this latest release!

The track is available for streaming on popular sites like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music!
